Low volume with earnings coming out soon. This should be another quarter management did what it said it would , and they will finally be respected is my take.
This is half , not a typo. Half of ifs value based on the rest of the industry. It's 1/3 of whitecaps valuation.
So this is a game of catch-up. 3.68 is my lowest fair value point
