Just need price to pick up as I have said we need 4.40 to 4,45 to get gap up to 4.85

Who cares if insider buys. What matters is if a institution like sandpiper or activist gets involved...then u know you'll see $6+ soon

What do you think institutions are waiting for ? They want to see management put their capital in the game  try justifying to insitutional insvetsirs our shares trade at 50% NAV but CEO doesn't buy a share since he took over in June 2020

If he sold and bought BPY when he said he was doing so then he made a very good call. I bought some BPY on margin at the time and did very well.
