Monday is potentially the last day SOT.UN units will trade. Since there has been no further extension of the delisting deadline it looks unlikely this will change on Monday. I am unclear

The float of 80 million is irrelevant - what matters is the market cap of those shares, vs your prediction of their fair value after restructuring. Which monthly dividends are you referring to?
