G.A buying properties from SOT wouldn't be good for SOT. They'd get the cash and then just buy more properties and thus increase their fees. Probably wont start a NCIB or pay down debt, cause they can do that now if they wanted. Armoyane must win and sell the REIT for $6.00!

I imagine GA is out for his own interests as is SLAM not fot SOT unit holders. We are just an annoyance that needs to be addressed

Well being he's the largest shareholders by a mile unitholders and his interests cross shorts would love for him to liquidate slam is. Not buying him out at any premium
