According to SEDI, Armoyan just bought some stock on Friday, so apparently he doesn't know the black out rules either.  Haha

At   the  moment  GA   may  be an insider   only   by  the fact   hhe owns   10 to 20  %  as  he may not  be   a trustee   till   voted   on   (  this may  be incorrect)    so   a  person   with  ...more

As a rule, these blackout periods begin the first day following the end of a quarter or whenever preliminary financial statements for the quarter are available. The blackout period ends two days after quarterly financial results have been publicly disclosed.
