Losses on shares only no distribution or debentures factored in 

$15,700,000.00

that a -26%.return 

every once in while a legend gets humbled if they are in a particular field for long time 

I believe he will suffer severe reputation damage with his ,lenders, prime brokers and others in his sector shoukd he want to team up with him after this debacle 

he drank from the SLAM chalice made of gold (117 million in fees from slate office shareholders fees) and it was laced with poison

what if he liquidates in  the open market? it will take him 70 days based avg volume ....dont worry he wont  they need to cut trust fees

He didnt buy tons to watch it tank and sell at a loss in the open market. He wants what happened to cominar, some party to come in a swoop it in between his ACB and the true NAV.  Both parties win
