Financing

up to   90.00 M   sounds  vague   .  Also   they   upped  their   ownership   to   100 %    from     X %   .  Anybody    know    what   %    was   before    and    the seller   (  CIBC  ? ) .   No    $$   mentioned   re  percent    going   to   100%   ?

Probably  a good   idea  going  to  100%   as  it  simplifies   any possible  sale   in  the  future  as  prevents   any   interference  from   small  minority   interest  blocking  any   potential  deal   .
