  The recent buying of debentures bodes well for the notes.  Common is probably toast and likely diluted into oblivion when notes become due.

They are higher in the capital structure. But if you thought the equity was going to zero, only a moron would buy the converts (you could obviously get them cheaper at some point). I'm not bullish on SOT, but that does need to be said since your job appears to be finding anything negative to say about this stock.

Are you short the stock? Or is there some world where you get points for typing something that ends up coming true? So many posts....open an investment account and short the stock. You don't get paid for making another "New all time low price!" post.

The borrow on the short skyrocketed to 50% borrow rate and with no puts options available the stock should drift higher its run by a bunch of clowns who Ingested low rates and thought it would never end .....it ended and the shareholders got crushed  notice how no insiders do not buy at rock bottom prices? They have properties listed for lease since 2018 with no deals. its a zero   ...more
