Used to own this and got out in Low 4. How safe are the debentures? Why each one is trading at a different price?

How safe are the debentures? It really depends on how much the properties are worth when and if the company files for bankruptcy. The secured creditors will get paid first, followed by the debenture holders and the unit holders will get whatever is left over. As for the price differential for the debentures, the 9% debentures are obviously coveted by investors --- makes
