No one is talking about...

Seems like no one is talking about another option GA has now that he is at the helm.  I could see him taking this REIT private.  Its going to leave a lot o/ people in the red and upset but in order to GA to get value for his investment taking Slate Office Private might be the only way.  2 dollars a share is what I would look for here.   What are people's thoughts?

As  it   stands   units   are  likely   worth less  than   zero  IMO   so  why  would  he  do  that  ?

I heard he is only interested in the maritime assets.  Time will tell.  It's going to be good to watch!

If GA is offerring a good price for the Martimes assets, why SOT will not sold it to GA ?

As he  had  a  position  with SOT his  offer  if  any  would  represent a conflict of  interest  meaning he would  have  no  say  in it.   Perhaps  his   offer  (  if  any)  was   considered to be  too  low.
