RE:RE:RE:Marquard keeps addingMarquard&Bahls issued a news release on June 16, 2021, saying that they acquired about 18% of Superior Plus' shares. Since that time they were quite active in buying SPB shares as the price was
quite attractive. I think that by now they must have over 20% of Superior Plus.
Since the taxes on investment income are lower in Europe than in Canada, it is highly unlikely that they are buying SPB for the dividend. The law on the books permits them to hold up to 1/3 of the VOTING SHARES. 
Question is, what end do they have in mind for doing all this buying?
