Sure seems to me they are on a mission to acquire as many shares as they can.  End result a lot of people will be sorry the sold at these levels.

I think they keep marching to 19.99%... let's see...there is definitely heavy accumulation of the shares....with the upsized offering today I think SPB is looking at a very big acquisition...but who knows....they seems to have quite a war chest now...if B&M wants them maybe they strike sooner rather than later.
