Short term selling due to short-sighted investors selling on news. In addition, several analysts believe the debt is too high and they will issue equity so they are keeping the price down. I hope SPB does another large deal for equity which will lower the debt ratio and burns the big funds who are keeping it down waiting on a cheap equity issue.

I agree 100%. SPH seems to fit the bill, but how is the deal structured? The time is now because world events are saying so. Do the big deal, then go private. s4l
