Very interesting this morning in "insider trading" info .... Marquard filed it had purchased 2,176,395 shares .. It was listed as a "prospectus buy" .... not in the open market... They are paying the $11.20 issue price...( maybe most of the green shoe ? ) So we have Brookfield adding 75 million and Marquard adding almost 25 million to their ...more

Marquard could be a Brookfield ally to help them get around the disclosure rules, and also make it a virtual certainty that a buyout offer will succeed. Saw it with the IPL hostile takeover.
