I'd like to think so. I'm struggling to make sense of the economics. Seems like a long march.

No, this "proposed" project will have nothing to do with Superior (SPB). The project is proposed for Newfoundland and Labrador and involves making hydrogen from water through the use of wind turbines. Currently, not even an environmental assessment has been done and, there are 24 different government bodies that need to approve the project. To say they will have it up and running by 2025 ...more

And why couldn't there have been a combined program allowing desperately needed LNG to be shipped for at least a period of years?  It's like the real world doesn't exist for the idealogues and the political surfers riding their wave.

True, BUT is there a facility to store and load propane on to ships on the east coast?   I am not aware of any.
