A least there should have been a note or a memo from Superior Plus informing the market of such a move from an important financial partner. They may exposed themself to lawsuit...

You are assuming that Superior had advanced knowledge of this sale, but I don't think so. The timing of this sale SHORTLY BEFORE THE AGM would indicate that M&B did not let them know about this big transaction at all. Sort of a KMA message. The question is WHY?
