Interesting that, after the issuance of the common shares to satisfy the Certarus deal, Marquard & Bahls voting shares fall to 9.55% of the total, putting them just under the 10% requirement for a designated "significant shareholder."

They   can  resume   selling   June   26th   if   they  choose  to  do  so.  As  they   will  be  holding   less   than   10%   there  will  be   no   reporting    requirement.  They    ...more
