Timing...
Would be a lovely time for a bid just before earnings!

I'd rather not see a "bid". I'd prefer to be a shareholder of Superior as it reaches it's full potential. All a buyout does is deny the early and long time shareholders they're due.

I think a takeover bid would only help some of us, if there would be more than one "bidders," like it was with Inter Pipeline, Brookfiels and Pembina. Other than that, it may not be a posiitive developement.

Brookfield is up to something. The share price is too low for them not to take advantage of it. CIBC's target price is almost 50% higher. Short interest from Dec. 15th to Dec. 31st dropped almost 20%. Whatever you do, don't short this.....

Agreed, something is cooking... retailer investors should stick to their guns and maintain/add to positions.. this is going the way of IPL at $13.5/share takeout.. Best of Luck to All!

Well, we made it over the 50 dma but then smashed back through it so far today- be interesting to see if it can stay above or not.

I think if the temp goes to -40 all over North America for 3 months we might get it to push through. I still think M&B is liquidating. Just seems like someone pushes it down every time it gets some traction. Getting tired of management and I think they should initiate a strategic review. God knows nothing else seems to working. GLTS

Correlated with closing near the high for this month- good short term signal at least. 10% or so of volume were tagged 1600 hours - so maybe an end of market settle transaction. Friday was Last day for mid month short cut off reports
