If you needed another reason to sell... I lost a good chuck of funds chasing yield, do not want others to make the same mistake..  My advise, take your lumps and sell. Then move to strong companies in the REIT space.. Best of Luck to All!

SPB should merge with UGI.  The industry needs further consolidation.
