How much 'bad' news is factored in?? With lots of the analyst' down grades?? I believe the 9% divy should be 'attractive' How much positive withe there new reporting in USD?? Hows Certarus numbers??

People said the same thing when the dividend was 5%.  Dividend cut is on the way.
