to indicate that the stock has bottomed, or will bottom soon. No indicator patterns whatsoever. Why buy now when it will be cheaper tomorrow, and even cheaper the day after ad infinitum ?

Ned star  I'm short term and long term bullish. Next earnings coming will be really important! Spb never even gave a shareholder update with properties by Carolina???  Insiders not buying at current valuations??? Going to be interesting, to see what happens???

Not saying they would be buying anyway but I'm guessing insiders would be in a blackout period from the end of the quarter until earnings are announced.

IMO, it's very simple. They went on a buying spree and their assets don't generate a high enough return to warrant a higher valuation. Their adjusted multiple is too high. While they talk a good game about their asset's prospects, they have failed to materialize. Excuse after excuse. They would be better off cutting their dividend in advance of 2026 when they have to refinance a lot of
