Inferior Minus

How low will this stock go?
Comment by Tslayer on Oct 23, 2024 3:24pm
My educated response. It will continue to drop into the $6.50's until financials released on November 6. It will bounce into mid $7.00's 1-2 weeks after financials and will have a slow climb into high $9.00's by mid March 2025. I've done a lot of DD on them over the 2 months. Let's see what happens.

Obviously, you meant uneducated......,
Comment by himmler on Oct 23, 2024 5:37pm
And you're the guy that says SPB is NOT  a utility...you shouldn't throw stones.
Comment by Apaulson on Oct 23, 2024 6:09pm
Maybe you should go back and try to comprehend my post. Utilities are non-cyclical (not cyclical like you think). The problem is as I said people like you think of SPB as a defensive utility but it's not with certarus. Your ego is making a fool of you, but keep buying and hoping for cold weather.
Comment by himmler on Oct 24, 2024 7:37am
Typical of you to resort to name calling..figures.Proves there are kids posting on this BB. And it's you that doesn't comprehend other's posts. No ego on my part pal, just posting opinions and you take offense when you don't agree . I never said I consider this a defensive stock...you did. And being a utility ,in case you don't get it,it is cyclic. Cold weather..propane use goes ...more

Whatever buddy, anybody who chooses himmiler as their username doesn't deserve any respect.  Get lost. If it was a utility, it would not be cyclical. Research it along with the efficient market hypothesis.
Comment by himmler on Oct 24, 2024 11:20am
Give it up son,you need to be educated.
Comment by himmler on Oct 24, 2024 11:33am
It also appears as though some here are quick to latch onto any negative post and then dwell on it.Completrly ignore posts that accentuate the positives..even posts that quote SPB management. It's understandable simply because the stocks drop isn't something shareholders want to see. But does anyone here not look at the stock market in general?..can posters not see the market in general is ...more

Easy Adolf, telling people to ignore negative opinions because you're not smart enough to understand them is preaching wilful ignorance. No smart person should be so naive and listen to you.
Comment by himmler on Oct 25, 2024 9:48am
Actually all I said in summary is do your own DD..And if you actually think anyone here would heed your nonsense ,you're sadly mistaken Joining stockhouse a couple years ago makes you nothing more than a kid that wastes posts criticizing a meaningless posters name. Time to grow up kid lol. I've had enough of your childishness, good bye son.

himmler...thanks for the comic relief - I needed a laugh this morning. If you don't think my posts add any value to you then I suggest you put me on ignore and put yourself out of your misery...
Comment by himmler on Oct 25, 2024 11:16am
My post was not directed at you.I sure hope you do DD more carefully than interpreting posts .Go back and look...you'll see.
Comment by Experienced on Oct 25, 2024 11:39am
himmler..ok..thanks for the clarification Actually I do a lot of DD plus utilzing a network of people developed over the past number of decades.  FYI...I made my first investment in 1969 and worked as a financial advisor for many years before retiring in 2010.

Red...my first buy was a company called Opemiska Cooper Mines.  The orebody was discovered in the 1930s and the mine went into production the 1950s .  You look up its story on the internet if you are interested.

Experienced wrote "... .I made my first investment in 1969 and ..." I may be a bit older and my first "investment" was made in November 1968, soon after getting married. I still rememebr writing on the ironing board "Consolidated Morrisson". I had paid about $2.25 for a few hundred shares. Not a great investment but... two years later, we had moved from Montreal to ...more

Great story. Things certainly have changed. With electronic trading nobody could keep up with share certificates. LOL  Lots of people/traders don't hang on to a stock for even a day.

No problem..reality is we must do our own DD.after all it's our own money.I find these BBs interesting but as with all social media platforms, one must be carefull. It's so easy to be swayed by well meaning posters.
Comment by Experienced on Oct 25, 2024 9:29pm
Himmler....agreed My objective is to give people things to think about in the hope that they will make better investment decisions...up to each person to make their decision based on their  investment objectives

I hope your right, obviously everything hinges on upcoming earnings and then there will be tax loss selling to get through until the end of the year / but recently received an upgrade from TD with a $10.00 target so they obviously see some underlying value here, will be interesting.
Comment by newcoin on Oct 23, 2024 4:58pm
What is the reason for the drop in the first place? It's crazy! $6.50's is too low for me. At worst, $7.50's. Probably hit bottom now and a recovery tomorrow. Panic selling. No news.
Comment by newcoin on Oct 23, 2024 5:03pm
Sorry, I meant $6.50's. Seems so low? Has to be a great time to buy. I'm excited!
Comment by 1condor on Oct 23, 2024 8:49pm
newcoin...I do see those old lows back in 2011/2012 at the 6 level...and even though I dont believe it gets down there it would make me a fool to totally discount that possibility. I see opportunity here and have been adding on weakness. My next buy will be 6.75.
Comment by 1condor on Oct 23, 2024 9:02pm
BSdetector2016...how low will it go??? The big question for sure. Technically the absolute bottom should be around 5.75-5.90...to get there we would need an event (major divvy cut, or another significant unknown event??) to produce capitulation among investors. For me...my number is about 6.50...but then again my first buy was around 7.50 (so perhaps I am not the best to take a shot at the bottom) ...more
