This whole thing stinks and I know the courts will feel that way too. Investors have been played like a fiddle. The lawyers will feed on this.

No they will not.Just because bagholders are upset,doesn't mean lawsuits.Ive seen and read this on these boards many times thru the years and rarely is there a lawsuit...and trust me there's been cases far worse than a matter of what happened with SPB. There are zero grounds for a lawsuit.But for the record, any successful lawsuit results with common shareholders getting literally zero

I will be lead plaintiff when the lawsuit start. You can either be on board or not. I did not own any shares before the dividend was cut. I was one of the suckers that got manipulated downward by the nonsense that shareholders were fed. I'm looking for a good score here.

Newcoin...you do realize that any lawsuit, will never result in any dollars going into our accounts?...there's always an order..lawyers,preferred share holders etc.Common shareholders are always the last to be paid...and if any money is left over it's peanuts. Anyone suggesting this is laughable. I've been investing for over 20 years and you hear people complain all the time about companies keeping things from them and then there is going to be a lawsuit. This is so rare and has to be so blattenly illegal from the board for it to go anywhere. My advice is suck it up, its called investing. Its not perfect. I would say if you don't think they can
