) target to $9 from $7.50 with a “buy” rating. The average is $9.09.

 

“With the dividend cut in the rearview and NCIB being pursued in earnest, we believe that value investors have also stepped in to buy the name, resulting in a 25-per-cent increase in the share price from recent lows over the past 20 trading days. With the quarter, we took a fairly conservative stance on valuation, but are returning to a more normalized view,” he said.

Let the slow climb on SP continue. We have entered their money making season. All this nonsense about Brookfield buying them out at $4.00 certainly turned quickly.

The same talk about a lawsuit.All nonsense expressed by one bitter retail shareholder.Although everyone lost money that held SPB long term,a lawsuit can only be successful when fraud  was committed.There was no fraud. So- called misrepresentation in regards to past company news ,or,are shall I say,misguided interpretation of said news does not constitute a lawsuit.Too many internal variables ...more
