Current vaccines are effective against this variant. The challenge is getting everyone vaccinated. This Summer/Fall we will all be joining loooooonng lineups as never before seen in empty stadiums, vacant schools, churches to get our shots. It will be one for the record books. It is because the stock market is forward thinking. By the time when things are back to normal, it is too late to get onto the gravy train. See: EBITDA(1) was $8.4 million in Q4 2020 and Adjusted EBITDA(1) was $2.6 million in Q4 2020, compared to EBITDA(1) and Adjusted EBITDA(1) of $7.1 million and $10.7 million ...more

the reality is that if the company is viable post buyout, then it is viable pre-buyout.  The companys debt would get reduced overall but if they return to payind the dividend to pre-covid levels than the stock should go back up for pre-covid levels.  Over $12/share.
