Blue proxy

Did anyone receive physical blue proxy packages? I never received anything and it seems odd.

No I did not. I went so far as phoning my broker TD last week and I got my blue proxy control #, but then an hour later saw the PR on the agreement. I have since voted accordingly as per that settlement..

I never got it either.  Hadn't got around to contacting my broker before the settlement was announced, so just used the gold proxy.
