YTD = 390%

A year to forget but also remember. This day a year ago we hit as low as $2.92 and today we close 390% higher with juicy tax efficient dividends on top. My basket is full, but at one point I had more but I can't complain.

Hope 2022 is the end of this pesky pandemic and everyone enjoys good health, happiness and financial success. Cheers!

Happy New Year Flamingo! I want to point out that these are distributions not dividends. They are taxed at a much higher rate than dividends would be, because this is set up as an income trust not a corporation. Of course if you are holding these in a registered account (RRSP, TFSA, RESP. etc) then there is obviously no concern. If you are holding these in a regular account it is very important to ...more
