re Lawsuit will it survive?

Hello to you shareholders. First l would like to shame it is re. the lawsuit and what happened at the mine in Turkey or Greece l believe. l really liked the seabee mine. l believe there under investigation for securities fraud? l was going to buy into SSR Mining, now lm not sure? l hope one of you shareholders reads this as l would like to get your comments on the company. Will it get through all this? The share price has been creeping up. Anyways its a shame if the management has been unlawful l wonder what really happened? GLTA
