my question on Zacks other than who are they ....if there has been no company financial releases since their upgrade and buy recommendation what information did they have to make a sell call ? I hope they didn't rely on false reports? did they call the company and learn new facts? I doubt it. I read both the Upgrade report of March 2015 and the downgrade report of Jan 2016. I found no fundamental analysis.
