Sangoma will acquire Star2Star for approximately US$437 million, consisting of US$105 million in cash and 110 million common shares of Sangoma

The CEO of Sangoma is confident that this acquisition will complete their evolution from a product company to a leading cloud services/SaaS business

Star2Star is a privately-held leading provider of cloud-native communications services

As I'm sure you've realized Ace, it isn't trading at all. $3.87 is yesterday's closing price and it's been sitting there all day. WIth only1 hour left in trading on a very negative day, I certainly hope that whoever thought they heard that it won't resume trading for a few days is correct. GLTA

I stand corrected, thanks retiredCF.  I'm looking to put some cash to work , thought i'd add to my position. Looking to get my margin going after the cash balance is zero out. Anybody have any ideas for a starting position for a micro cap? Thanks kindly
