It looks like a lot options were excerised from the CEO today. Not sure what’s happening with the SP lately though. Hopefully some news soon about uplisting!

The CEO and CFO were granted a slew of options at 4.5 on Feb 8. They were granted- not sold as I see it. The Chaimain of the Board (Mandelstam soon to be replaced) sold 200K shares at 5.00. You'll note that with the S2S aquisition, the Chainman will be replaced. A
