Today's Action

If you're wondering why the SP is down, it's because a few investors are panicking and reacting to Bob McWhirter today who thinks that the company is going to lose money next year. Naturally he didn't mention anything about the "transformational acquisition". Going to take this one with a grain of salt. GLTA

He said 2 to 3 times upside last time he was on. Obviously he doesn't own.

Or he's buying now at $3.60

I agree it is all McWirther doing this. He said in a few years from now, the analysts say negative earnings. How can they know that. They are wrong

Our SP is now back to where it was BEFORE the "transformational acquisition" of Star2Star was announced. How much sense does that make given that the acquisition is now fully completed and all of the latest NRs have been positive?  Here for the long haul but this is certainly annoying. That said, there are so many games being played in these markets, you pretty much have to ignore ...more

retired, I believe many large investors still don't get what the company has to offer small, medium. and now large enterprises with their Star2Star acquisition: A one-stop shop vendor for installation and operation of all your communications needs vs. (U.S.) competitors that don't offer entire communications suites, forcing many customers to sign up with two or more firms to get what they ...more

What a nice way to start the day by reading this :)  There are a lot of other highly respected investors such as Ryan Irvine and Jason Donville that have much appreciation for this company. I'm not sure what Bob is talking about although he's usually very good with his recommendations.  I own shares of Sangoma across multiple accounts and someone will have to pry these ...more

As I mentioned earlier. And he didn't own it back in Feb either. GLTA

Hmmhhh..... I like McWhirter but think he often just reads off the screen unless he owns... though to be fair I didn't watch the segment.. I subscribe to TMX powerstream. That platform shows 3 analysts forecasting avg 0.05 EPS for FYE 06/22. That also seems to agree with Globe Investor reports, and is a drop from previous consensus of 0.07/shr couple of months ago. All that said, I personally ...more

They still have the video of his analysis up on BNN Bloomberg's Market Call web page for those interested. McWhriter doesn't seem to really know the company very well. He's looking down and his notes and up at a screen when discussing the company (something a lot of other guests who know the the company being discussed don't do) - heck, anybody can just read info off a screen or ...more
