Buyout By Private Equity Firm or Large IT Company.....?

If STC continues to be under-appreciated by the public markets, perhaps the Board should put out word that they are willing to consider offers from interested private equity firms  and / or large publicly-traded IT firms which currently do not have a footprint in the UCaaS segment of the industry.....?

I believe there is lots of private equity money out there looking to be put to use acquiring good quality assets / businesses. If a private equity firm or large IT player presents a purchase price at say a 30%+ premium to the current share price, it might be the best way for existing shareholders capture a good price for their shares and move on.....?

while I appreciate your point and it's definitely a short term "solution", I am hoping that it doesn't happen as I believe 30% doesn't begin to capture the longer term potential of Sangoma. Glta
