We could still get to $5 even though the markets are acting like it's 2021 all over again.  The markets believe the Fed is going to drop interest rates in the second half and that they will deliver a soft landing.  What if they don't?  I will remind people that there were 3 bear market rallies (over 20%) on the S&P during the dotcom bubble that ultimately ended

Perhaps, but wasn't the most recent inflation caused by supply side factors. In my opinion the Chinese demand while it will increase will not be enough to outstrip the increased supply going forward in any significant way. China is moving towards a digital and green economy. I certainly wouldn't call for a return to 2021 exuberance but I think it is entirely possible to have a reasonable

Without looking at the bigger picture of where, the economy is at….of course it's nice to see this sort of climb over a week. I expect we'll see some profit takers which will result us a mini correct to rationalize the rapid ascent. I’m not negative on this stock, just realistic on rapid price climbs. A.

  Not sure about the profit takers.  many here are still underwater as it's trading at $1.10 presplit. I am just holding at tis point but I need the sp to almost double from here to break even.  I believe many here Anita are in the same boat.

Hate to admit I think my first shares were at $21, but added a lot more at $5.80....so I'll be here for a while. Realistically a double from here over the next 3 years would be fantastic.

Hi Tan, here is my comparison to the dotcom era. I would add that this environment has elements of the 1980/1990 inflationary time periods but with valuations closer to the dotcom era at the peak of this cycle. It has also has elements of the housing bubble in the GFC but without the bailout from the Federal Reserve. I find this to be very unique in that it has elements of past recessions all

One additional point is that it was only a total of 3900 shares that brought us down from $7.58 to the $7.00 range where we have since been treading water. So while annoying, it's pretty much irrelevant. GLTA

Agree re. trading volume. STC's 50-day average trading volume on the TSX is only around 31,000 shares and it's been a low trading volume stock for quite some time (I assume the same applies to the US listing which I don't follow...?), so it can be hard to gauge how the company doing just by looking at the share price movements, though of course, if STC was hitting it out of the park

Alwayslong, correct. Been doing good trading Sangoma and Dirtt. The only thing I'm invested long in is my oil stocks. Everything is a trade. Even my oil stocks at some point. I'm just playing range trading. Been working out great so far.  min a bad note. I bought Canopy at $3.10 over a month ago. I had a trade range of $4.50. Almost got there a week ago. Back down to even today
