The next step to selling the company, he probably already has a buyer in the wings to solve his tax problem and benefit from the upcoming sale of the business.

Maybe you shouldn't assume an immediate sale of the company. Two and a half million shares is a big overhang on the share price and since it's a tax matter , , there's a deadline for the sale of the shares. Why when he finishes his disposition of shares would Mr. Worthington immediately sell for what has to be a depressed price? People can be depended upon to act in their own best
