1. Production from an operating mine, complete with cost of production, sales and (hopefully) profits. if done properly, can result in heady profits for shareholders in a takeover
2. Webinar gold - where gold is mined out of "thin air", future production numbers, costs & profits seldom intersect with reality. Massive dilution is usually the only outcome for shareholders...years later share price barely matches IPO. Mngmnt usually "looks after themselves first"
