$65M "Financial package" + Inflation hedging by gold....A Global issue solving with strong local government support...HA-HA-HA...A real psychic theme...But their home on fire...Everything collapsed but mngmnt says "We're OK. Let us to care about global issues"...Dumb & Dumber

Why such cost overrun without proper internal control? Any idea? Do same sh't with Mongolian Taxpayer's money like did before with TSX shareholder's money? I don't think Russian charisma would allow it...

Why is Financials most important? Well, when you driving a car, you must look & check the control panel regularly. Sensors detecting problems then transferring signals to the control panel as an Alert...What will happen if car control panel is broken, or not working properly? You just can't drive a car....But in our case, STGO's mngmnt driving a car without Control panel...HAH

Financials is like a Control panel, giving Alerts to the Mngmnt....
