Mongolian Parliament prefer Equity financing than Debt. Any other debt instruments prohibited for Oyu tolgoi project. Good decision...But how about STGO? Found a way how to repay Mongolian taxpayer's money? Almost reached $90M loan from Govt....Or drive crazy till crash then wait for law enforcement?

$65M "Financial package"...HA-HA-HA...sounds like "Short term investment"...borrow own money paying extra 3.2% interest but hiding it under "Short term investment" in Balance sheet...

Why listing in MSE failed? Any idea?
