@Lakeview FYI All my Moneta shares have now been converted into STLR shares at 2:1. My brokerage is TD. I held no NHK shares for conversion.

@TonyLovesGold My dad and I are still waiting for our 1,215,250 shares of NHK or MIMZF in the US to be converted to 255,202 shares of MEAUD/STLRF. STLLR Gold IR says that the transfer agents "dropped the ball" and it is taking a while. We are not selling a share as you guys know but it would be nice to see them in our accounts. Please help Allan!!! :)

@zg1968 Well that sucks but based on my experience stocks go down after consolidation. No excuses now, insiders need to step up to show support and confidence in this merger and buy in the open market.

@pfdx Sure they go down but this one is already trading at basement levels (i.e. USD 3.1 ev/oz which is the lowest of any junior)

@TonyLovesGold Agree zg. I do think that we will see some insiders step in here in the near future at these beyond undervalued levels. That would really help the stock....

@JPS00 I inherited shares from my former $NHK position. To me this is a nice optionality play but the price of gold needs to move a lot higher to get interest for development or takeover. Maybe a royalty deal could change the depressed sentiment like the one that happened between WPM and LUM

@TonyLovesGold They have more than that pfdx. NHK just raised $13m Canadian. I do not think that both companies had less $25m US combined pre raise I mentioned above..

@Thinker1951 I just put in a bid for shares . Before the merger from a presentation on Sept 6th share price $1.90, 122 million shares, 18 million cash, 4 million debt and the Tower project. After merger we now have Colomac and Tower project , 100 million shares, 30 million cash and share price as low as 1.02. Just came across this today but it seems a no brainer. Am I missing something?

@MadMardiganRisk only thing missing is any buyers who actually want to buy...but that might change if gold makes new highs..still gonna be hard to sell the company IMO..but anything can happen

@TonyLovesGold Don't think too much thinker. This is an amazing bargain down here. Your example is great except you did not point out that they now have 17.8 million ounces of gold they now have at over 1 g/t of which over 82% are OP ounces. A no brainer is a bad way to describe any investment as the market prices an asset where it prices and asset but man this is sure beyond a gift down here. It will prove to be a steal down here in the months to come. It is trading at a cap of about $83m US for two projects that will pump out $ billions and possessing 18m ounces of gold. UNREAL DISLOCATION of VALUE....

@TonyLovesGold STLLR Gold Inc. (STLR.TO) has a price target of $6.79 Canadian on Yahoo Finance. I guess some of the 8 analysts covering the stock have already put out reports incorporating the newly combined companies with price targets...

@TonyLovesGold For those of you that have not received the new shares in your account, I was told by our great (seriously top notch pro) IR head that US shares should be posted in your account after the close of trading today. There are also still some NHK (TSX) shares that have not been fully converted to STLR yet. This should happen by Friday. Hope this helps anyone with questions on the conversion...

Never trust analysts.....pure speculation based on many year of following gold junior. They don't know or they know as much as yourself. Maybe we should all become analysts.... glta do far no conversion for my NHK shares, 10,000 should give 2,100 STLR if it happens by Friday as you wrote

Hey ecolo101 thanks for sharing. As far as analysts they know a hell of a lot more than us retail guys do. Let us not forget that they are the ones that help raise the $ to keep these plays going. They break down lots of numbers that neither you or I can come up with. Not saying that they are always right. They are not, but I believe that they have a decent grasp of what these two combined/very
