STLLR management?

I'm a former Nighthawk holder, and just saw the new financing from STLR, so I thought I would take a look.  Just wondering if the old Nighthawk team is part (or actual) management of STLR?  I watched the Nighthawk team drive the share price into an endless abyss for years, so if they are now in charge here, I will pass.  Thanks for any insights.

Pertinent question, i am Watching from the side lines since I exited on the first occasion gold price gave me the window. Since the SP keeps falling... although they have the resources in the ground most juniors are in a difficult place.  dilution with new shares is the only way they can get cash. Until they do this again and again, better to wait. if gold go aboie $3000 in 2025, then it ...more

The conventional wisdom is that the Nighthawk leadership was the main attraction for ME to do the deal-they(ME) contributed a project in a more known mining camp with much greater exploration upside than the NHK property.  Do not think you can fault the current team for the early mess- but the current management is mostly the former NHK management and they appear to know their stuff.  ...more
