Everybody knows!!!
Beginning with this first quarter 20/21,oil has been above $50.and over $60.With these prices, all analysts and funds know that Suncor is having an exceptional first quarter.With guarterly dividends being given to those holding Suncor shares on March 4,(my recollection),and the strong possibility of dividend increase coming,if covid remains under control,and oil prices remain higher,we should have had take-off before now,and to me $23.90 is dismal,to say the least.

Add share buy back in Q1 or Q2 to your list.
