I don't subscribe to Zacks but they do have a great track record.

Why is it always a lagger compared to other oil stocks on a good oil day???? Almost all small cap stocks up 4-5% if not more and suncor can barely stay green????

Potent: Until the economy picks up and creates a stronger demand for downstream products such as gas and jet fuel, SU lag behind the other E&P companies.  When the demand for gasoline and jet fuel recover, SU shareholders will be rewarded
