Expected shareholder return of $4.20 per share 2021-2025

See slide 61 which predicts $8 per share in dividends, $7 per share in share buy backs, and $6 per share in debt reduction.   In total, the company expects to improve the improve its position by $21 per share by the end of 2025.

Shareholders may argue about how they want the money to be dispursed, but the total number is $21, which is based upon WTI at US$55.

Analysts and institutions will focus on the $21 number and how that number is affected by the delta of WTI to US$55..... AND....by how the company delivers on it green agenda.....AND.....by how the market responds when it wakes up and realizes that going green doesn't mean the end of oil

To be filed under motherhood and apple pie. Public companies like Suncor are dealing with billions of dollars in their calculations and can't just write any idiotic thing that enters their head like the buffoons on Stockhouse.  ...more
