BP's costly move to renewable energy

Be careful what you wish for.

BP's path of transition to renewables as well as the pandemic has forced it to dispose of highly profitable NG and oil assets in order to move forward into costly money losing renewable ventures.

A good read, that may change your mind about what may happen to SU shares if it moves to undertake a renewable transition.

In my opinion, SU is an oil company and should concentrate on what they do best.

The conservative party needs to come across as a progressive party which wants to do a better job of controlling public expenses. The conservative party is backwards on gun laws, on abortion and climate change... they need to get their act in order, otherwise, they will be on the outside looking in for a long time.
