Whilst you were distracted by a Christmas Party the UK Gov. released a report confirming the Fully Vaccinated account for 4 in every 5 Covid-19 Deaths in England since August

Amazing... I guess that has been swept under the rug
Comment by integrity11 on Dec 29, 2021 2:01am
That definitely is BS
Comment by alvarez2 on Dec 29, 2021 11:45am
I 2nd that.
Comment by Konaboy on Dec 29, 2021 11:41am
Such a skewed representation.  Once you take into consideration that the majority of the population is vaxxed (and when I use the word "majority", I use it like the rest of the english population of the world to mean 80%++, not 50% as in this article), things will come out very different. For example, if 50% of the deaths are non-vaccinated, but only 10% of the population is non ...more

Too bad you're conveniently forgetting the vaccine deaths and injuries. Go back to statistics class XD

Now this guy is the real deal.  Factual, neutral.  Loved the chart with Omicron crowding out Delta.  Now let's get back to travelling, and that multi-year bull oil market!!
Comment by Konaboy on Dec 29, 2021 2:49pm
So what will be really interesting to see is (in the end) how the SA outcome differs from Australia, where you have natural (from infection) immunity versus vaccine based. If overall hospitalizations and deaths are the same for both, then you might conclude that omicron naturally became the endemic variant, another annual flu strain.  Or you could go down the rabbit hole and talk about ...more

Big Pharma already knew it. This is why they were pushing the third dose well before Omicron just on Delta. They also already started the mantra on the 4th dose by the way......
Comment by Konaboy on Dec 29, 2021 1:51pm
Not forgetting anything, just responding to the numbers presented, and the interpretation of the "reporter" Are you suggesting that deaths in the Vax group is actually higher, and that deaths in this group are actually due to the vaccine and not the disease? Or did you change the subject when this BS was so easily put to bed?
Comment by NPCexe on Dec 29, 2021 2:34pm
I know it's very difficult for your kind to follow the numbers, but let's make it very simple for you: the article claims 80% of deaths are vaxxed. Currently 70% of Brits are vaxxed.. meaning they are over represented. Or, at best, if the deaths demographic are in direct proportion to that country's vaxxed population, e.g. 40% --> 40%, then it stands to reason that the vaccine has ...more

OMG, check out the end of the article ... The Expos is now censored on Google, Facebook & Twitter  Your material needs to be pretty bent to get banned from these venues.   Class dismissed!!
Comment by NPCexe on Dec 29, 2021 10:12pm
My comments were very much separate from the claims in the article, since anybody can look up data on any country to study correlations. At any rate it was quite unbecoming of me to snap at anyone during the holidays, so I'll back it off and end it there. Let us be merry and hope to have a great 2022, with great financial success helped by SU. We all want the same thing so there's no point ...more

Despised might be a bit harsh ... "However, he said that the MBA by itself does not automatically give the experience to be an effective leader because success is forged by doing "useful things." Which really plays out across the board.  Having an education without practical experience means you need to work your way up / prove yourself instead of parachuting into a ...more

Education is what you make of it and education by itself does not in any way guarantee financial success. As a case in point, when I was graduating from high school and close friend of mine's father who was a successful businessman offered his son two choices - have your university paid for or take the equivalent money now and start a business. He chose to take the money and by the time I ...more

yes, in early vaccination days, unvaxxed got the attention of being respresenting most of the positive cases.  Coming to this winter, it showed the vaxxed are no better (if not worse) than the unvaxxed in contracting covid variants. In fact, it is the vaxxed who are allowed to travel, are spreading covid variants (delta, omicron) while the unvaxxed are blamed, ridiculed and shamed.  The ...more

What a bunch of bs. Please use another site. The vast majority of intensive care patients and deaths from Covid are the unvaccinated. There has to be a Covid site you can discuss your beliefs on.
Comment by mrbb on Dec 29, 2021 9:36pm
funny how the media now only report number of cases and number of hospitalization, no more mention of percentage of unvaxxed. Why? because it fools people like you to continue to believe the unvaxxed are causing all the postive cases. If you still believe being vaccinated protect you from covid infection, your head is still in lah lah land.
Comment by Konaboy on Dec 29, 2021 10:42pm
In this particular case I was attacking the interpretation of the stats.  I did not mean to make any comment on who was safer.  From my personal experience in the last few days, 11 of my neighbours were infected, all but 1 of them (10 years old) was double vaxxed.  Omicron infection appears indiscriminant to vaccination status.  Time will tell whether effects are in any way ...more
