Does this surprise you? I stated last week that you should not be surprised if the US subsidizes the shale industry. This would be the easiest and softest way for Biden to look like he is doing something to lower prices at the pump. Perhaps he can convince the progressives that it is the right thing to do to achieve energy security? He will not bring Keystone back into the limelight. Doing ...more

Did you see that the US has DEMANDED that Venezeula agrees to ship them oil before they lift any sanctions? Thats some nice negotiating.
