Should consider all of the share buybacks also.  They mentioned they have already bought back something like 500M more since the 1/4 end also. I know the share buybacks don't result in cash today to those of us staying in but they should result in ultimately a higher price and more dividend increases in the future.  The tax results of the share buybacks is also better for me than a

two reasons - Company promised to divide equally excess cash into 1/3 share buy back 1/3 debt and 1/3 divy increases...12% isn't 1/3rd...and the main reason; Most peers divy are double pre covid, and have been for a while. Minimum increase should have been 30%, and 50% would have been 1/2 their peers... We've been in the doghouse for too long...a decent divy would have vaulted the

I think this divy increase was the right amount. If prices are still in the 100 range at the the end of this current quarter then there is room to raise again. They definitely need to get that share count down which will be beneficial down the road.
