Travis Wood has had a BUY recommendation on SU for years despite typically having very low targets that are sometimes below the actual trading price. I like the fact that Travis is very proactive when it comes to updates.  Travis, like all analysts, will have a basic model for each company that he follows.  Most analysts don't have the time to do updates so their output is typically limited to commenting on quarterly reports following the MD&A.  A number of online Tesla vloggers dedicated to investigating and reporting
