opec ain't dumb either, they are pragmatic. Oil price too high isn't good for them either as 130+ oil would start to hurt demand. There is a sweet spot oil price for each producer, opec has a longer term view on supply and demand.  The russian oil will get around, just get slosh around more as middle man redistribute the russian oil to proxy buyers, china and india ain't coy
