Well it seems that for now they are replacing a numbers guy good at financial engineering with a lawyer.....we will see how that works out for them. As for Elliott investments, IMO, their idea to sell off the gas stations is a really dumb idea.  It might in the short run line their pockets before they get out but in the longer run will reduce SU value, Lots of moving parts here, buying some ...more

Inflation almost by definition is the direct result of incompetence. If inflation results in a slow down due to more restrictive monetary policy, then there will be a great hue and cry to stamp out incompetence everywhere. Mark Little, Boris Johnson, there will be a long list to follow. I just hope there are still good and capable people who can be recognized as such and promoted to the places we ...more
